Branchy App Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to Branchy, a mobile game developed and published by Studio Tree. Branchy is provided as a free game and may be supported by advertising. This policy explains how Studio Tree collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you download, access, or play Branchy on Google Play, iOS, or other mobile platforms.
By using Branchy, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use Branchy.
What information Branchy collects

Branchy does not require account registration to play unless a future version of the game clearly adds an account feature.

Data retention
Studio Tree keeps user-provided information for as long as needed to provide support, operate Branchy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Automatically collected information may be retained for a reasonable period for analytics, security, product improvement, and legal purposes. Studio Tree may retain aggregated or de-identified information that no longer identifies you.
Children's privacy
Branchy is not directed to children under the age of 13, and Studio Tree does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information through Branchy, contact us at support@studiotree.co. Studio Tree will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

Studio Tree uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through Branchy.
